Discover the breathtaking depth of ancient history with our Fully Polished Burmese Amber (Burmite) specimens. Unlike rough pieces, these stones have had their outer crust completely removed and have been polished to a brilliant, glassy sheen. This flawless finish offers an unobstructed view into the rich interior colors and absolute clarity of the amber.
Dating back to the Cretaceous period (approx. 100 million years old), Burmite is highly prized for its exceptional hardness and vibrant, warm color gradients—ranging from golden honey to deep cherry red. These fully polished stones are completely ready for immediate display in a mineral collection, setting into high-end wire-wrapped jewelry, or examining under a lens for prehistoric inclusions.
100% Fully Polished: Completely smooth surface with no rough skin or crust left behind.
Maximum Clarity: Crystal clear finish allows for easy viewing of internal color and potential fossils.
Authentic Cretaceous Burmite: Sourced directly from Myanmar, representing one of the oldest ambers on earth.
Ready for Use: Perfect for immediate jewelry setting, pocket stones, or display cases.
Natural Variation & Photo Disclaimer: The product images shown are for reference and illustration purposes only. Because raw amber is an organic, fossilized resin created by nature, every single bag is completely unique. The specific shapes, thinness, gradients, and exact color hues of the fragments you receive will vary from the photos. We cannot guarantee an exact match to the display pictures, but we do guarantee that every piece is 100% authentic, natural raw amber.
